Wines from Australia Saturday 19th September 2026 It's over 20 years since we last looked at wines from 'Down Under' so this will be a most interesting event, particularly with the quality of wines now being produced. Details have been emailed to all members. With only a few days to go, there are still a few places left and also note that, subject to numbers, there may be places available for guests, particularly those who might be interested in joining the Goustevin.

25th Anniversary Dinner ~ Ness Walk Hotel, Inverness Saturday 14th November 2026 25th Anniversary Dinner celebrating our 25 years of being elevated to full Embassy status. Our guest speaker will be David McAllister MBE, former Sales Director of J.G. Thompson Ltd. (The Vaults, Leith) and Tennent Caledonian Breweries Ltd. Full details of this prestige 'black tie' celebratory event were emailed to members on 20 August 2026. To enable the required fine wine stocks etc to be assured, you are requested to book your places with Nicol no later than 1st October 2026

14th Grand Chapter of Goustevin Inverness~ also the 50th Anniversary of the Goustevin in Scotland Saturday 8th May 2027 A celebration of 50 years (almost to the day) since the Confrerie des Compagnons Goustevin de Normandie created what was then the Inverness Consulate. [The venue will be announced in due course]

'Paella with a Twist' Sunday 21st February 2027 A lunchtime tasting of wines from the Loire at La Tortilla Restaurant, Inverness, with an interesting twist on the restauarant's signature dish.

60th Anniversary Grand Chapitre, Rouen Friday 2nd October 2027 This is being celebrated in the Château de Belmesnil on the outskirts of Rouen ~ more details as they become available.
